What CLEO did for the Blue Microbiome project:

Project Overview

Microbial Resistance

Global Action in Healthcare Network Antimicrobial Resistance Module (GAIHN-AR): is a global network coordinated by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that seeks to prevent and contain the spread of highly resistant organisms in healthcare settings through real-time communication and coordination of laboratory and infection prevention and control (IPC) activities.

CRO

REDCap is a secure, reliable, and flexible web-based platform designed for building and managing databases used in clinical and research studies.

In collaboration with CLEO, which is certified as a Clinical Research Organization (CRO), REDCap supports high-quality research by enabling simultaneous data entry from multiple sites and collaborators. Each site has access only to its own data, ensuring full confidentiality and robust data protection.
