Christos Triantafyllou graduated from the Department of Nursing at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He went on and concluded his Master’s in “Intensive Care Units" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Medical School. His master’s focused in “Clinical Epidemiology: Research Methodology in Clinical Practice” and his thesis was on the quality of life in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patients. Recently, he started a PhD on the Patient Safety at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Department of Nursing. Christos has worked as Clinical Practice Instructor of Geriatric and Surgery Nursing and is a teaching assistant of the First Aid workshops at the Faculty of Nursing since 2016. His research interests focus on intensive and emergency nursing, infectious diseases nursing, and public health.
