Donators & Sponsors

CLEO was founded in 2011, with a generous grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, which remains the organization’s primary sponsor today.

In 2013, CLEO received a Child and Health grant from Procter & Gamble (P&G) for its scientific research program entitled, “Program for hospital infections prevention and control,” led by Program Director, Katerina Mougkou.

In 2017, CLEO received a grant from the Hellenic Initiative (THI), a global, non-profit, non-governmental secular institution, for its Antibiotic Stewardship program.

As an autonomous body, CLEO is now expanding its activity throughout Greece and pursuing the support of third parties, through donations, sponsorships and grants.
